Kathy SimonKathy Simon, an award-winning hair artist, educator, salon and academy owner, is NEUMA's Global Artistic Director. In her this role, Simon leads the creative direction for the brand, including NEUMA’s Design Teams and the development of new digital education platforms. Simon won Elite Master Hairdresser of the year at the Canadian Contessa Awards 2017. She was also a finalist for Canadian hairdresser of the year 2017, Best Video look book in 2017 at AIPP international awards and Best Video look book of the year in 2014 at the Canadian Mirror Awards. Before joining NEUMA, Simon was a member of the Schwarzkopf USA team and Schwarzkopf Canada, where she rose to the position of Canadian Essential Looks Artistic director for Schwarzkopf Professional, responsible for training the Canadian Essential Looks teams. She was also invited to numerous presentations across North America and internationally to present Schwarzkopf Professional Essential Looks collections. Simon is internationally recognized for her teaching style, her unique artistic vision and structural philosophy that has been proven at countless seminars, classes and shows. As the creator and developer of the Mekka System of Education and owner/Artistic Director of Mekka Education Studio, Kathy and her team have traveled across North America, teaching countless seminars and shows since 1997.

David BanghamBorn and raised in England, David Bangham’s curiosity and love for travel brought him to the United States in 1985. As a NEUMA National Design Team Member, David channels his creativity and passion for visionary art in a medium that brings exciting experiences with many people who have inspired and learnt from him throughout his career. David's core belief is the perfect haircut starts with an understanding of the universal laws of design. Through NEUMA’s neuCore Haircutting Method, David focuses in teaching is accurate application, control and discipline, and how it gives every haircut design consistency, longevity, balance and integrity. David’s style and creativity has also led to work in styling for many corporate and private parties, Las Vegas nightlife events, as well as editorial styling and a feature spot on Inside Fashion TV in 2009. He currently works behind the chair at his salon, HOTBOX Salon in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also facilitated a multitude of hair shows, seminars, hands-on workshops, team building and training programs across the United States and Central America. |

Kell GraceKell Grace is a licensed cosmetologist, a certified wig maker and holds a bachelor's degree in supervision and management. While keeping a loyal clientele at her home base in Florida, her passion for the industry led her to travel the world. Kell's training was international as well. She graduated from the International Academy of Hair Design in Florida, and trained in England at the Wig Academy. She held apprenticeships under some of the finest celebrity artists in New York City and at major shows in the USA and Canada. Currently, Kell operates KellGrace Salon in Winter Park, Florida. She has developed Updo seminars with the goal of helping stylists generate more revenue and build a stronger client base. |

Jean-Sébastien LacombeComing from Northern Quebec, with more than 20 years in the industry as a stylist and salon owner, as well as over 15 years as a North American platform artist, Jean-Sébastien brings a fresh and structured education to the hairstylists. Jean-Sébastien's experience as a Master Educator with the Mekka System gives him the ability to understand and explain every cutting and styling pattern to it’s most precise execution, in the simplest and most effective way possible. Attending his seminars will not only bring you an understanding of the geometric laws of structural haircutting and styling, but also give you many tips and tricks for quick blow outs and up stylings for everyday use behind your chair. |

Reggie PamatongReggie Pamatong's career started 10 years ago in Southern California with the Toni and Guy Salon Team. He then moved to teach in their academy division to all levels of hairdressers and joined their artistic team, participating in events, photo shoots and advanced education. His passion for education led him to explore haircutting as an art form. A rising star in the industry, Reggie is now a NEUMA National Design Team member and has traveled across the US teaching advanced haircutting, creating seasonal collections, platform work and editorial work for NEUMA. When he's not busy behind the chair or on the road, Reggie finds time to reach out to the homeless...providing them with supplies, haircuts and love with the group You First Project. |

Kristan SayersKristan graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in textile design, which enhanced her love of hair and fashion. Her portfolio includes numerous skills, which include all forms of extensions, color, cutting and styling. Kristan has traveled the world educating hair stylists and students on styling, cutting and salon management. She has received numerous industry awards, including the Beacon Award. She was also a 2015 NAHA finalist in the nail category. Kristan owns K Bella Hair Studio & Spa, where she also started her own Academy Program, training students to become cosmetologists. In 2016, Kristan was tapped as a state rep for licensing regulations to help watch for changes that could hurt the industry. In 2014, NEUMA named Kristan an MVP for her dedication to the NEUMA lifestyle and brand. |

Sarah Renee HardinAs a stylist and passionate salon owner for over a decade in Colorado, Sarah Renee Hardin thrives in our ever-changing industry. She specializes in formal finishing and artistic color work, with an engineer’s eye for structure. These skills are present with each technique she teaches. And as a career stylist with asthma, she knows firsthand how products used in the salon affect our overall health. She loves spreading her knowledge of both sustainable business building and health-focused beauty practices. |

Brian KuhnAs a stylist and educator, Brian Kuhn embraces the artistic freedom the beauty industry provides him. Brian directs his creativity and passion into haircuts emphasize the natural beauty of each person. He also spends his time behind the chair in his third salon, Evolutions, in Ocala, Florida. When he’s not in the salon or teaching hairstyling classes, Brian spends his time with his wife and 4 daughters and enjoys being a swimming coach. |

Jack SandersJack's expertise in texture, cut and color has brought him notoriety in trade and consumer media throughout the world. His work has been featured in nearly 40 photo shoots and has graced runways in Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle. Jack's passion for and knowledge of the hair industry runs deep, and he attributes his success to mentors who have supported him over the years. He takes delight in paying it forward and sharing information with others how are committed to learning and evolving. He emphasizes that dedication to doing good work and serving clients well reaps success. Jack is the owner and Hair Design Mentor at Technical Artistry Salon in Oregon. |

Gina ScipioniGina began her cosmetology career as a theatrical hair and makeup artist. Her passion for hair design grew over time until she re-dedicated her career to hair. Her education began at a Paul Mitchell school and, once more experienced she returned to Paul Mitchell The School as a teacher and advisor. As a stylist, Gina has worked at hair shows and salons, built her own successful bridal business and provides "everyday makeovers" to her salon clientele. As an educator, Gina loves those 'ah ha' moments for when it all clicks for her students. Above all, Gina feels that to be a great stylist, you have to first be a great listener and continue to learn. In addition to being a member of the Regional Design Team, Gina also trains other educators about NEUMA, its products and other key points of differentiation. |

Jesi HiltsJesi Hilts is a freelance artist for TV and film, NEUMA guest artist and NEUMA's social media coordinator. Jesi loves the adventure of being involved with things that matter to our world, to our environment, and to each of us. She brings these values to her chair and her clients. Jesi uses NEUMA products because she can trust their performance and knows that only the best ingredients go into each product. Her clients are impressed by the health and shine these products brings to their hair. Meleesa LunaMeleesa is a successful salon owner, editorial stylist and behind-the-chair artist who loves sharing her creative perspective and savvy business insight with salon professionals. A Costa Rican native fluent in Spanish, French and English, she owns Meleesa The Salon in Hungtinton Beach, California. Meleesa's eternally spiritual natural and concern for the environment inspires her to seek out botanically-based, vegan and gluten-free products. Meleesa has been instrumental in the creation and execution of several NEUMA collection photo shoots. Whether behind the chair in her salon or on set, Meleesa draws her inspiration from the beauty she sees around her and her desire to uplift others. |
