Absolutely LOVE the moisture bundle! My hair is silky smooth and soft!

I'm a latino male with very coarse and wavy hair that sucks up product and water like crazy. I've always struggled to find products that work for my hair but I thought I'd give Neuma's moisture bundle a try and see how it works for my hair. I treated these products like a 3-step package following the instructions on the moisture masque. First, shampoo with the Moisture Shampoo, then use the Moisture Masque from scalp to ends of my hair and leave for a few minutes. Lastly, follow it up with the Moisture Conditioner.
When I was out of the shower, it felt like I had already put my leave-in products for curl enhancing and moisture retention in! The softness of my hair is still going strong a few days later which shows to me Neuma's moisture recipe really does work my hair type.

Fragrance: 8/10 - smells pleasant with floral notes and lots of citrus
Feel: 10/10 - easy application and product seems to go a long way. Left my hair feeling rejuvenated for days.
Cost: 7/10 - Neuma is a luxury hair brand so the higher cost for the products makes sense. I will say that I am comfortable with purchasing the bundle as it amounts to a similar cost of my other shampoo and conditioner products I use for my dry scalp and dry hair like Pureology and Briogeo.

I truly love the shampoo and conditioner except for a few things. I’d rate the shampoo and conditioner 4 stars. They’d be 5 but they’re just such small sizes for so much money. That’s my only complaint especially because I need so much conditioner for my longer hair. The shampoo you can truly use just a little and it lathers very well.
The masque, however, oh my goodness is awful. It has zero detangling and I had to use at least 1/3 of the tube in one wash. I then needed to add a little bit of another conditioner just to get the hair detangled. I was very disappointed and had expected the masque to be super hydrating and detangling. So the masque for me is one star sadly—sorry! Wish you’d consider lowering your prices a bit. I know that’s unlikely but your brand is one I keep coming back to and only leave intermittently because of the price points.

Disappointed in the new line,

Disappointed in the new line, been using your product for over ten years. The new hair mask does not work as well as the old product. The shampoos are definitely not the same and the new packaging is a nightmare to work with. Guess I’ll be looking for a new line.

With Neuma’s restage, other than refreshed packaging, we only made very small modifications/upgrades to formulas. We streamlined and optimized some of our plant extracts and were able to replace a preservative with a better food-grade preservative. We conducted extensive testing to ensure performance was on par or improved with existing formulas before launching. While feedback has been extremely positive, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry to hear that you do not like our package redesign. While it is a significant departure from our previous design, the evolved design features many eco-friendly features, such as it is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastics, manufactured using wind power offsets and includes our commitment to plant a tree for every bottle sold. The shape of the bottles is reminiscent of apothecary bottles which is true to our heritage, and the streamlined design and cap are meant for you to place upside down in your shower so you can use every last drop. Hope this helps explain some rationale behind the design.
