UNAUTHORIZED RETAILERS

HELP US STOP DIVERSION

Diversion is a serious issue facing the Professional Beauty Industry and is particularly frustrating for salon owners and stylists. At Neuma, we have a firm anti-diversion stance and, with your help, are working to halt this unethical practice. Diversion occurs when products are sold by “unauthorized retailers” (such as grocery stores, drug stores, discount chain stores, etc.) both online and in-store. Any Neuma products sold outside of our authorized retailers are considered diverted and may be subject to any number of risks, including dilution, contamination, being over-aged or counterfeit. Known diverters include but are not limited to eBay, Walmart, Jet.com, Overstock.com.

Neuma products are guaranteed only when offered through authorized retail outlets and salons. We do NOT accept returns from unauthorized retailers, as we cannot vouch for the products’ authenticity and quality. To ensure our customers purchase authentic Neuma products from a reliable source, we direct them to their local Neuma salon (check our website Salon Finder for a salon near you), NeumaBeauty.com or our Amazon.com brand store.

We require all Neuma authorized, licensed salons and distributors to sign an agreement committing not to divert product. If we find a salon or distributor to be in violation of this agreement, we do not hesitate to terminate our business with them.

Help us halt the unethical practice of diversion by reporting any diversion to Neuma by emailing us at info@neumabeauty.com. Please include the diverting outlet name, location, products carried and quantity. The information provided will be held strictly confidential and used for the sole purpose of gathering additional information needed to uncover diversion schemes.
