Disappointed in the new line,

Disappointed in the new line, been using your product for over ten years. The new hair mask does not work as well as the old product. The shampoos are definitely not the same and the new packaging is a nightmare to work with. Guess I’ll be looking for a new line.

Hi Sandra, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the new product changes. With Neuma’s restage, other than refreshed packaging, we only made very small modifications/upgrades to formulas. We streamlined and optimized some of our plant extracts and were able to replace a preservative with a better food-grade preservative. We conducted extensive testing to ensure performance was on par or improved with existing formulas before launching. While feedback has been extremely positive, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry to hear that you do not like our package redesign. While it is a significant departure from our previous design, the evolved design features many eco-friendly features, such as it is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastics, manufactured using wind power offsets and includes our commitment to plant a tree for every bottle sold. The shape of the bottles is reminiscent of apothecary bottles which is true to our heritage, and the streamlined design and cap are meant for you to place upside down in your shower so you can use every last drop. Hope this helps explain some rationale behind the design. Great products!

My hair was very dry and hard to comb through when right out of the shower. With the Neuma moisture bundle, it’s so soft. The curls are holding better, less frizz, and I think it cured my dandruff. I’m very happy with it!!!

The soap is great. I've used it for a few years and my hair loves it. The new bottles are lighter and easier to get the product out. I only wish the lids were like the old ones as its hard to hold the lid and get the product out.

Smaller than expected

I have made many purchases in the past and I do not like the new styles of the bottles. I was also surprised that they were 2oz smaller than the ones I previously purchased for the same amount of money. Product seems to be the same though.

While our conditioners remain 8.5 oz as they previously were, we did take our shampoos down from 10.1 to match the conditioners, as the restage provided an opportunity for consistency across the collections. This change also helps with efficiencies, shipper waste and our overall sustainability efforts. While the packaging may be new, you can expect the same incredible product performance you know and love from Neuma.
