Where do I buy NEUMA products?

NEUMA is available at fine hair salons and authorized e-commerce retailers (including but not limited to Amazon.com and Pro Salon and Spa), as well as other specialty retailers. You can also purchase directly at neumabeauty.com.

We are aware of UNAUTHORIZED parties selling NEUMA, a practice known as Diversion. At NEUMA we have a firm anti-diversion stance and with your help are working to halt this unethical practice. Diversion occurs when products are sold by “unauthorized retailers” (such as grocery stores, drug stores, discount chain stores, etc.) both online and in-store. Any NEUMA products sold outside of our authorized retailers are considered diverted and may be subject to any number of risks, including dilution, contamination, being over-aged or counterfeit. Known diverters include but are not limited to eBay, Walmart, Jet.com, Overstock.com.

We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we are continuously working to resolve it. NEUMA products are guaranteed only when offered through authorized retail outlets and salons. We do NOT accept returns from unauthorized retailers, as we are unable to vouch for the products’ authenticity and quality. To ensure our customers are purchasing authentic NEUMA products from a reliable source, we direct them to their local NEUMA salon, NeumaBeauty.com or our Amazon.com brand store.

Neumabeauty.com will offer a one-time per customer price adjustment if a promotion or sale at neumabeauty.com takes place within 14 days of your purchase. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases, but the customer may be offered a discount promo code toward a future purchase at neumabeauty.com. 

Additional promotions or discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before current sales or discounts is activated.

  

Formulations & Packaging

Is it true that NEUMA hair care doesn’t use synthetic fragrance or artificial fragrance? 

Yes, it’s true. Artificial fragrance, synthetic fragrance and perfumes are some of the dirtiest ingredients in beauty. There are over 5,000 different ingredients that can be simply labeled as “fragrance/parfum.” Of these, more than 1,000 are known to be hazardous, contain allergens, carcinogens and hormone disrupters, and yet only 200 have been banned. We steer clear of synthetic fragrance’s dirty business and use a blend of pure essential oils and extracts that allow our formulas to bloom and delivers an unforgettable aromatherapy experience.

Is it true that NEUMA’s uses post-consumer recycled plastics for its bottles?

Yes, it’s true! NEUMA proudly uses 95% certified post-consumer recycled (PCR) material in the production of its bottles. In addition to being comprised of recycled materials, they are also recyclable wherever possible.

What is NEUMA’s Zero List (the No-No list) that I keep hearing about? 

NEUMA’s Zero List includes 15 different classes of ingredients we promise never to use in our formulations. This includes:
