It’s all about the neu world of Neuma, and a brand restage of this magnitude demands a launch event that is equally as epic! Neuma was thrilled to host an exclusive breakfast for the beauty industry’s favorite in the Big Apple – and let us tell you, it was one for the books! If you’re not already following us on Instagram (@neumabeauty), you may have missed out on seeing all the action that happened...But that's ok because we're still over the moon excited about the turnout and can't wait to relive it as we give you all the details of the morning that made Neuma history! 


On March 29th, we welcomed beauty editors from Allure, Byrdie, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Insider, USA Today, InStyle, Teen Vogue, and more to a special, intimate breakfast at Maman, a hot spot bakery and café located downtown NYC. These editors were some of the first to get a sneak peek at our new brand look and the Neuma story that had been in the works for quite some time...and let's just say they were blown away.


Our guests dined on delicious brunch fare while Tim Abney, our Global Vice President of Education, Cathi Ellis, our Head of Marketing Communications and Crystal Le, our Digital/Social Media Manager shared the history and future of Neuma with the group. They spoke passionately about our eco-friendly mission, highlighting key ingredients and product benefits while showcasing the stunning new packaging. For those who may not be familiar with us yet, Neuma offers a curated array of haircare products made of high-performing natural ingredients that are sulfate-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and made without any harmful or questionable ingredients including synthetic fragrances. We are so grateful to have such an incredible team that emphasizes our brand's Earth-friendly mission and encourages others to join us in our vision of sustainable, clean beauty! 


But it wasn't just talk. We wanted to immerse our guests in the Neuma world and showcase the sustainability of our brand in a physical space! We adorned the Maman space with all things Neuma including pillows, signage and more, complete with elaborate displays of the Neuma collections that really brought the Neuma Ethos to life -- Planet. People. Performance.  


Guests were encouraged to interact with products that lined the tables that were elegantly paired with beautiful white florals and succulents, many of which our guests took home with them as gifts! It was one of our goals to bring our eco-friendly mission and the beauty of nature inside while also allowing attendees to engage with our products and take something tangible away with them. And, of course, to snap some cute pics! 

    

Following the lovely breakfast, we opened the space to influencers for a "pop-up" experience, and they showed up in droves. As in, lines all the way down the street and around the corner! We were thrilled to see the overwhelming turnout of people so excited about our relaunch! It was a day filled with fun, excitement and most importantly, a renewed energy and commitment to our brand's values...The kind of experience that lingers long after the event ends.


But it didn't stop there. On April 3rd, we officially relaunched the brand to the public online and through our social channels, and again, we were blown away by the response. The buzz surrounding our new look and mission has been tremendous, and we are truly humbled by the support from our fans and the beauty industry as a whole.


Looking back at our memorable Launch Event, we can confidently say that it was a major milestone for the brand. It was the perfect opportunity for us to show the world what sets Neuma apart – our passion for sustainability, our commitment to using only the best ingredients and our drive to make luxury hair care accessible, personable and responsible to the beauty community.


We could not have done it without our amazing team, partners, and guests who made the day so incredibly special. And most importantly, we couldn't have done it without YOU, our Neuma community, for believing in us and inspiring us to continue to innovate and grow.
