HOW TO USE

KEY INGREDIENTS

Pea Protein: Contains high levels of amino acids, including Glutamic Acid, Aspartic Acid, Arginine and Lysine, all of which are vital to keeping hair flexible and less prone to damage. It also helps retain moisture, helpng prevent brittleness and breakage.
Shea Butter: Due to its high content of fatty acids, Shea Butter helps add moisture, reducing dryness and preventing split ends. It also contributes to increasing shine and reducing frizz while softening hair.
Argan Oil: Nourishes, adds elasticity, infuses moisture and boosts shine. Argan Oil has been shown to lubricate the hair shaft to help hair maintain moisture content, preventing dryness and breakage while reducing fizz.

Disappointing rebrand

I have used neuma products for several years. The recent rebrand is confusing and disappointing. Products have changed, colors for grouped items have changed and the size of products has decreased while pricing has gone up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the new product changes. With Neuma’s restage, other than refreshed packaging, we only made very small modifications/upgrades to formulas. We streamlined and optimized some of our plant extracts and were able to replace a preservative with a better food-grade preservative. We conducted extensive testing to ensure performance was on par or improved with existing formulas before launching. While feedback has been extremely positive, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. As a brand on the forefront of innovation, we are always looking for better and more sustainable ingredients and practices while staying ahead of global regulations. As for pricing, we understand price adjustments are never fun. Please know Neuma has not issued a price increase across all products since 2018. Throughout the last few years, we have continued to absorb price increases from our ingredient and component suppliers due to inflation and a rise in fossil fuels, labor, etc. I’m sure you have noticed this in other industries as well. Unfortunately, there comes a point for a brand also to raise its prices to exist while still upholding its performance and ethical standards. Our commitment to sustainability and well-being has prevented us from finding less ways to produce our products, and we will never make a sacrifice in performance or sustainability to save on costs.
