This product is great. I have course, thick hair and soaks up conditioners, but I don't have to use much of this product. And I love the smell! I buy the biggest size for a better value. Why not! I'm not going to stop using it.

Delivery method to retrieve the great product is ridiculous

I love the product, BUT, the delivery method out of the bottle is almost impossible to retrieve the conditioner making it very frustrating. I have to open the cap and sometimes have to pour water in to the bottle just to retrieve the needed conditioner. This did not occur with the older bottles.

Please know the shape of the bottles is reminiscent of apothecary bottles which is true to our heritage, and the streamlined design and cap are meant for you to place upside down in your shower so you can use every last drop. I am a brunette!

I am a brunette! In my 50’s, but I have been using Neuma products for over a decade now! My hair stylist turned me on to these products years ago and I have never looked back! I have tried other products here and there but I always return to Neuma! I use the Neu clarifying shampoo and the Neu moisture conditioner combination for my hair as I feel this gives me the best shine and feel for my hair, which is fine and poker straight! I occasionally use both the Neu Clarifying shampoo and conditioner to cleanse my hair of any product build up, but feel it isn’t enough moisture for my processed hair, which is why I choose to use the Neu Moisture conditioner. I love the organic, refreshing smell, and how my scalp feels with the “minti-ness” of the shampoo, not to mention clean look, feeling and shine, and my hair always manages so well! A big plus is these shampoos and conditioners are free of sulfates(which can dry out and damage your hair). I get a lot of compliments on how healthy my hair looks, even with some color processing! I have started to explore other Neuma products recently so I can update after some use! Thank you Neuma!!

This is the first time I’ve used their shampoo and conditioner

This is the first time I’ve used their shampoo and conditioner. I bought the 8 ounce bottles. I like the product, smell is good, but I give it three stars because of the packaging. The plastic bottles are so thick and unmalleable that I’m having trouble squeezing out the product. I can get the shampoo out after some effort, but not the conditioner. I’m going to have to decamp the conditioner into a different container.
