I was told they changed the formula and you certainly can tell -

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With Neuma’s restage, other than refreshed packaging, we only made very small modifications/upgrades to formulas. We streamlined and optimized some of our plant extracts and were able to replace a preservative with a better food-grade preservative. We conducted extensive testing to ensure performance was on par or improved with existing formulas before launching. While feedback has been extremely positive, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations.
