I agree with so many of your customers. The new bottles for shampoo and conditioner make it nearly impossible to get the product out. I take the conditioner out and put it in a different bottle when I get it. This product is too expensive to expect customers to do this just to get the product out. Also would be nice if the shampoo and conditioner were in different colored bottles. Hard to see in the shower. Please do better because I love these products!

I love the neu moisture duo I received. Made my hair very soft and moisturized. Only problem is the size of the shampoo is 1.5 ounces less than it used to be and it is almost impossible to get the conditioner out of the new bottles. The old ones are much better. Paying that much for less product is a real rip off. I’ve been using your products for at least 10 years. Besides the huge price increase, it is impossible to find locally and paying extra for shipping is another turnoff. You have lost a customer for good. That is the last time I will buy these products.

Nuema products make my hair look so shiny and healthy. I get compliments all the time regarding the health of my hair. I literally just came home from having my hair colored and cut. My stylist told me to never stop using Nuema. It’s the BEST!

I love the product BUT HATE HATE THE DELIVERY SYSTEM!
It is very difficult to retrieve the product from the bottle especially the conditioner. Additionally,Ihave to take the top complyoff just to get the proxy out. I liked your older style bookish better. I am not sue I will purchase this on the future due to the bottles. However, I love the product.
