Best Hairspray for fine hair!

I love the neuControl medium Style. I am wondering if this is a changed formula or just a re-brand/packaging. Need more of this great spray!

Can not tell you about the hairspray

How can I possibly give a review when I can not even spin, twist, pull anything else to open the spray to use it!! This child safe stuff has gone far beyond useful. Who the hell can open this thing to get it to work? Perhaps instructions would be a good idea…????? Anyway, since I can NOT use it, I’ll be sending everything BACK!

To unlock, twist nozzle to the unlock icon embedded on the side of the nozzle. To lock, twist nozzle to the lock icon to securely close. However, it should not be stuck. These products are awesome!

So glad I started using this line of haircare products from Neuma. They have made my hair looks so much better. This hairspray holds my curls in place and doesn't feel stiff. It is so good, I highly recommend it.
