While it is a significant departure from our previous design, the evolved design features many eco-friendly features, such as it is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastics, manufactured using wind power offsets and includes our commitment to plant a tree for every bottle sold. The shape of the bottles is reminiscent of apothecary bottles which is true to our heritage, and the streamlined design and cap are meant for you to place upside down in your shower so you can use every last drop. Hope this helps explain some rationale behind the design. We understand your concerns about the white print being difficult to read. Our intention was to create a visually appealing design, but we acknowledge that readability is crucial. We will take your suggestion into consideration and explore options to increase the contrast to increase legibility in future packaging updates. With our restage, it provided an opportunity for consistency across the collections. This size change also helps with efficiencies, shipper waste and our overall sustainability efforts. As for pricing, we understand price adjustments are never fun. Please know Neuma has not issued a price increase across all products since 2018. Throughout the last few years, we have continued to absorb price increases from our ingredient and component suppliers due to inflation and a rise in fossil fuels, labor, etc. We are sure you have noticed this in other industries as well. Unfortunately, there comes a point for a brand also to raise its prices to exist while still upholding its performance and ethical standards. Our commitment to sustainability and well-being has prevented us from finding less expensive ways to produce our products, and we will never make a sacrifice in performance or sustainability to save on costs.
